Rohde & Schwarz offers the RT-ZH11 probe with a division ratio of 1000: 1 for mass-related measurements at high voltages. Depending on the input voltage to be measured, the probe with the optimal pitch can be selected for maximum sensitivity. The division ratio is automatically recognized on Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes.
The oscilloscope probe is designed for effective voltages up to 1000 V (CAT II) and - for pulse measurement only - for peak voltages up to 6000 V (CAT I). The accessories include safety crocodile clips, fixed and springy measuring tips and safety caps.
