The generation of electrical energy using fuel cells continues to develop into a significant area with diverse application potential in electrical engineering and automotive technology. The training panel system permits a safe experimenting environment in connection with hydrogen and fuel cells. At the same it permits interesting investigations and is well suited for both practical lab work as well as demonstrations. Animated theory, experiment guidelines and information including results are supplied using the “Interactive Lab Assistant”.

Description of the training panel system with photorealistic color printing

  • 5mm thick panels of compressed laminated sheets, coated on both sides with highly resistant melamine resin
  • Basic color of the panels is light grey (RAL7035)
  • Panel dimensions' height 297mm (11.7'). Different width variations available: 114 (4.5'), 228 (9') or 456mm (18')
  • Low risk of injury, as corners of the front panels are rounded off to a radius of 3mm
  • Screen-printed symbols for the relevant equipment or circuit diagrams conforming to latest DIN/ISO standards
  • Screen-printed symbols are printed on the front panel in black or in fade-resistant, contrast-rich UV color
  • If necessary, front panels are supplemented with color graphics or photographs where possible
  • Additional coat of protective varnish ensures the toughness and scratch resistance of the panel
  • Electrical connections terminate at 4mm safety sockets
  • The rear is protected against contact by a cover.
  • The power supply is laid out for improved educational effect at the top and bottom of the board.
  • Panels can be mounted in special training panel frames with no need for tools
  • Alternatively, all panels with console housing can be set up straight on a bench or inside a carrying case
