The FLIR A615 is available with your choice of three different lenses. Use the dropdown box above to make a selection when placing an order.

Speed up your design cycle with FLIR's high resolution, fixed-mounted automated process thermal camera, the A615.

Suitable for installing almost anywhere, the A615 allows you to monitor your production process by detecting temperature differences and spotting problems before they become an issue. Fully controllable via a PC with integrated ethernet capabilties for real-time streaming, these thermal cameras are an affordable solution for improving the efficiency of your production line.

FLIR's A615 thermal cameras come with industry-first GigE Vision technology, a new interface standard developed using Gigabit ethernet communication interfaces. This allows the camera to stream high quality thermal images at high speed over low cost standard cables, and integrates seamlessly with 3rd party Machine Vision software such as packages from National Instruments, Cognex, MVtec and Stemmer Imaging.

With extremely high thermal resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, high accuracy temperature measurements, wide temperature range, high sensitivity and several other advanced features, this thermal camera is an essential tool for any production line.

This thermal camera comes supplied as standard with a 6 pole screw terminal mounted on the camera, making it easy to attach the product to poles and other fixed mounting points.

Key Features:

  • Plug and Play technology - integrates seamlessly into your production line
  • GigE Vision - new camera interface standard using Gigabit Ethernet communication protocols for fast transfer of images using low cost standard cables
  • Compatible with hardware/software from 3rd parties, including National Instruments, Cognex, MVtech and Stemmer imaging
  • GenlCam protocol support - generic programming interface allows use with 3rd party products
